Meeting Minutes
9 September 2014 held at Wrentham Manor

- Mrs. Hutchins commented on the water quality over the past few months. Mrs. Bergeron stated that the town has notified the tenants that the water is safe to drink. Mr. Sposato and Mrs. Bergeron will have a meeting to discuss.
- Mrs. Maxwell reported that the neighbor downstairs has been harassing her (Mrs. Maxwell) for four years. Mrs. Maxwell is also in fear of fire from the neighbor cooking and possibly forgetting food on the stove. Mrs. Maxwell has notified Mrs. Bergeron in the past. Mrs. Bergeron explained that she was unaware that the issue was continuing. Mrs. Bergeron asked Mrs. Maxwell to document any future incidents.
- Minutes of July 8, 2014 meeting
- Mr. Sposato noted that the statement from Mrs. Fanis in regard to the police is not specific. Mrs. Fanis was reporting the fact that the tenant living at 15 Depot Court was in a nursing home but the tenant’s grandson has access to the unit and was living there. The tenant vacated the unit and the grandson is in jail.
- Motion to accept minutes made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mr. Sposato, motion carried subject to the change.
- Resolution 2014-09 Utility Allowance Schedule Update. Motion made by Mrs. Sacco to approve the utility allowance update, seconded by Mr. Sposato, motion carried.
- Resolution 2014-10 Formula Funding Amendment. Mrs. Bergeron presented the motion and explained that the FF would be amended to add additional funds for the sink holes at Depot Court. Mr. Hall made a motion to approve the amendment, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, motion carried.
- Mrs. Bergeron proposed a change to the Parking Policy; tabled.

- Processed one interim reexamination and one move-in, and two move-outs. Processed 108 annual reexaminations, fifteen in process; requested documents (second notice).
- Input twenty-one applicants; removed two applicants (housed).
- 705-1 Center St Rehab on hold; will be rebidding.
- 667-1 Walkway Ponding in process with state civil engineer.
- 667-1 Vinyl Siding in process with DHCD Construction Bureau Asst Dir for Operations and architect.
- Held private conference for denied applicant.
- Any other business that may legally come before the board
- Workshop scheduled for September 25, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Wrentham Manor.
- Meeting for November 18, 2014 is moved to November 12, 2014. Next meeting is October 14, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Wrentham Manor.
- Motion to adjourn made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor, motion carried.
